Service delivery is managed by the Service Director Greg Fletcher and through four key Service Supervisors; Ian Lackersteen, Michael Pettersen, Tony Bryant and Matt Nickels. The Service Director and the Service Supervisors manage the various site technicians and subcontractors, engineering, reporting and client liaison.
Qualifications & Experience
Greg Fletcher, Service Director: Greg is a refrigeration and air conditioning technician with over 35 years experience in the trade.
Greg has been involved predominantly in the service and maintenance of CBD high rise buildings over the past 29 years. Greg has had extensive experience in all facets of the air conditioning industry.
Over the past 16 years, Greg has been responsible for building the CAMS service division encompassing a team of 18 technicians and 7 apprentices. One of Greg’s greatest assets is his technical knowledge, which combined with his ability to co-ordinate staff, allows us to meet our clients needs and expectations.
Service Supervisors
Ian Lackersteen, Senior Service Supervisor
Ian is a Service Supervisor with specialist focus on site audits and minor project works. Ian is a refrigeration and air-conditioning technician with 35 years trade experience. Ian is a focused individual with a keen intellect, who possesses excellent technical knowledge and skills, a high level of organization skills and WHS administration skills.
Ian’s communication and organization control methods coupled with his history of project management, service supervision and client liaison make him a key player in our business.
Michael Petterson, Senior Service Supervisor – Essential Services
Michael, one of our Service Supervisors, is a qualified refrigeration and air-conditioning technician, boasting 26 years trade experience. This combined with the responsibilities of managing a smaller team of technicians, means he is well equipped to deal with the tasks laid before him. His extensive knowledge and experience in the field is strengthened when coupled with his specialist focus on fire compliance, helping to ensure that CAMS can offer a service very few can.
Tony Bryant, Service Supervisor
Tony, being one of our Service Supervisors, continues the trend of CAMS having experienced and qualified refrigeration and air-conditioning technicians by having 25 years industry experience. Tony has extensive knowledge of all aspects of mechanical services, while also being a qualified electrician. These skill sets, along with very capably leading a smaller team of technicians, complement each other allowing Tony to one of the best at what he does.
Matt Nickels, Service Supervisor
Matt is the youngest of our Service Supervisors, yet still possesses 10 years’ experience as a refrigeration and air-conditioning technician. Matt brings a freshness and eagerness to learn and prove himself to the table, as he steps into a senior position managing his own group of sites and technicians. Matt’s excellent knowledge of his trade and the people skills to match, guarantees his success in maintaining CAMS high standards.
